Where is my order?

Currently the Freshcart app allows you to see the tracking information of your delivery once the Driver has arrived at the pickup location and retrieved your items.

As Freshcart handles thousands of orders each day, we implemented this tracking system to increase efficiency for our customers, merchants, and Drivers, as well as ensuring that you have an accurate representation of when your order is on its way to you.

We understand that this is a recent change and we are listening to customer feedback to continuously improve our system for you.

How Freshcart Works?

Freshcart connects you with Personal Shoppers in your area to shop and deliver items from your favorite stores to your door. It’s just that easy! 

Shop your favorite stores

Shop from your favorite regional stores such as BigOne Supermarket stores with your computer or mobile device.

Get your groceries

Meet your Personal Shopper at your door to get your groceries. 

The Freshcart platform also offers a pickup option. You simply shop on Freshcart’s website or app and pick up your groceries at the store. Available at select locations.

How to place an order?

We make it easy to find the items you want from your favorite retailers and have them delivered right to your door.

STEPS  TO PLACE AN ORDER:

  1. Find your item. You can either search for a specific item you’re looking for, or browse by department. 
  2. Add items to your cart. Found product you like? Add it to your cart by tapping or click clicking +  or Add to Cart.
  3. Review your cart. You can check what’s in your cart anytime while you’re shopping by clicking or tapping the green Cart button. You can also view your item total, adjust quantities, or remove items from your cart.
  4. Checkout. When you’re ready to check out, visit your cart and tap or click the Checkout button. You’ll be asked to add a delivery address and your payment information. Then, go ahead and place your order! Your groceries will be on their way in no time.

Can’t find an item?

Not able to find an item you’re looking for in our inventory? Here are a couple things to try. 

Use search

Use the search box in the app or on the website. Sometimes searching for one keyword (for example, searching for “watermelon” instead of “watermelon slices”) can help.  

Add a special request

If search doesn’t help you find the item you want, you can click or tap Add a special request at the bottom of the search results page.

  1. Enter as many details as you can about the item. 
  2. Enter the quantity.  

Items not available for delivery

Some items that aren’t available at all retailers and markets. In general, our catalog doesn’t include:

  • Live animals, including feeder animals for pets
  • Furniture
  • Non-alcoholic age-restricted products like tobacco and over-the-counter items containing nicotine
  • Items containing pseudoephedrine, ephedrine, and phenylpropanolamine
  • Holiday trees
  • Currency
  • Photos
  • Gift cards
  • Weapons and weapon supplies

There may also be size, weight, or price restrictions on certain items at some retailers.

Item availability and terms are subject to change without notice. Alcohol is not available at all retailers and markets, and we cannot fulfill special requests for alcohol items.

 

Delivery

If you place an order that contains high-value items, it may require certified delivery. Certified deliveries require you to either sign for the delivery or have your ID scanned to certify that you have received the order. If you order something that requires a certified delivery, you’ll be notified when you place the order and again at the time of delivery.

Certified delivery details

  • You must be present for the delivery and sign when prompted by your Freshcart app. 
  • If you’re unable to sign on your device, the shopper can scan your ID. 
  • High-value items vary by retailer and are subject to change.

If you cannot be present for a delivery for any reason, you will need to complete your purchase at a later date when you can be there to sign for the item(s). Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your order and a 10.000,00 KZ late cancellation fee.

 

Freshcart Express

Freshcart Express is a membership option for customers who want to use Freshcart regularly. For a flat annual cost or a low monthly fee, you can enjoy unlimited free deliveries* on all orders over 20.000 kz

Freshcart Express members enjoy exclusive benefits on every order 

  • 0 kz delivery fees on orders of 20.000 kz or more (typically 16.000 kz - 20.000 kz for non-Express)
  • Reduced service fees (typically 5% for non-Express)*
  • No busy pricing fees during peak delivery hours
  • Shop at a variety of stores with free delivery on the entire order

*The service fee covers a broad range of operating costs including shopper operations, insurance, background checks, and Freshcart Care.

Freshcart Express membership and renewal

You can enjoy an Freshcart Express membership and pay either monthly or annually. Terms for both membership types are shared when you sign up. Memberships automatically renew year to year or month to month (depending upon your membership term), unless you make changes in your account.

  • Annual memberships are billed each year on the same date. 
  • Monthly memberships are charged each month on the same day.

*Note: This membership does not give you faster delivery or earlier time slots than other customers. Likewise, membership with Freshcart Express does not guarantee that specific delivery slots will be available for a given delivery. Service fees, special handling fees, and/or tips may still apply.
